ここまで来ると、もうスフィンクス展望台よりユングフラウのほうが高くなりました。
一番高いのがユングフラウ山頂です。右の気象観測のドームの乗った岩山が、スフィンクス展望台(ユングフラウヨッホ)です。ここら辺一帯の雪原はアレッチ氷河の最上部に相当します。
